The Love & Logic Process
Love allows children to grow through their mistakes. Logic allows them to live with the
consequences of their choices.
What is Parenting with Love and Logic?
Parenting with Love and Logic is about raising responsible children using a win/win
philosophy. Parents win by showing love in a healthy way and establishing effective
control. Children win by learning responsibility through solving their own problems, and
they acquire tools for coping with real world. Love and Logic helps parents and children
establish a rewarding relationship built upon love and trust.
Sandy Klein facilitates the Parenting with Love and Logic class at PLCC. Sandy is
passionate about equipping parents to joyfully raise successful children. Sandy has served as
the Pastor to Families & Children at Pine Lake Covenant Church since 1998. She has been
an Elementary Resource Consultant Teacher and Special Education Teacher in the public schools.
Sandy holds a Masters degree in Education, a graduate certificate in special education and a
bachelor’s degree in elementary education.
