“Undefeated” Summer Sports Camp
for Kids!
July 21 – 25 from 9:00 AM – 12:15 PM
 Join us for a fantastic week of learning about Jesus
while enjoying a favorite sport! “Undefeated” sports camp
is for kids ages 6–12. “Team 45” camp is available for 4 &
5 year olds who have a parent volunteering. Kids will
participate in soccer (ages 6–12), basketball (ages 8–12) or
cheerleading (girls only, age 6–12). PLCC attendees and
their friends may sign up in May. Open enrollment begins in
June. Space is limited, sign up early, and bring a friend!
The camp is run by
Uncharted Waters Sports Ministries 
out of Colorado. Brochures are

Many church-sponsored outings require that special registration or permission
forms be turned into the church office. For your convenience, we've placed
some of the more common forms here on the web site. You may print them on
your local printer, fill them out, and return them to the office when needed.
