 Called to be the
Senior Pastor of Pine Lake Covenant in June 1998, Pastor Chris is a strong
communicator who applies the Christian faith to real life in practical
ways. "My great passion," says Pastor Chris, "is to help
people connect with God, and to assist people to grow as followers of Jesus
Christ who bless and serve the world that God loves."
Pastor Chris attended Western Washington University, graduating with a B.A.
in Communications. He later received a Masters of Divinity and a Masters
of Theology from Regent College and Seminary in Vancouver, B.C. While
planting a church in Chicago, he earned a Doctorate of Ministry in
Organizational Development from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Pastor Chris and his wife have enjoyed over twenty two years of marriage
and they have two children. When Chris is not pastoring or spending time
with his family, you might catch him on the golf course, sipping Starbucks,
listening to Jazz, skiing, or enjoying just about any outdoor recreation except
gardening.

Reid Olson
Pastor of Student Ministries
 Reid is an Ordained
Pastor with a deep love for Jesus, students and their families. He has
12 years of experience as a Pastor to Students and Families. He earned
a B.A. and an M.A. in Christian Education at Biola University and Talbot
Seminary, then he finished a Masters of Divinity at North Park Theological
Seminary in Chicago in 2004. He has been married to his wife, Kris, for
14 years and they have two children.
Reid joined the Pine Lake Covenant team in July of 2004 and has been thriving
ever since. He equips students for ministry and encourages adult leaders
to invest into the lives of students to grow in faith. Reid loves
leading ministry teams to the streets of Seattle where they serve as Jesus'
hands and feet to people whom God misses the most. Reid takes God's
Kingdom perspective in all directions... mountain biking, concerts, balloon
twisting, 4-Wheelin', paintball games with students, 24-7 Prayer Rooms and
sipping caramel lattes from the UnderGround Café at
church.
Sandy Klein
Pastor to Family & Children
 Sandy and her
husband have been attending Pine Lake Covenant since 1987. Sandy has
been involved in Family & Children's Ministries at Pine Lake since 1990. Sandy
holds a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Washington and
is licensed by the Covenant Denomination as a staff minister. Her
passion is sharing the gospel with children and equipping them to serve God
and to share the Good News with others.
Beth Yeager
Pastor of Worship Ministries and Community Relations
 Beth and her
family have been attending PLCC since 1992. Beth served in various
leadership positions associated with Worship ministries and was called to
serve as the church's first Pastor of Worship Ministries in 1999.
She received her staff ministerial license at the same time. Beth
holds a B.A. in Psychology from Augustana Lutheran College and spent the
first ten years after college in non-profit and broadcast marketing
management. Beth's passion is to express the Good News of Jesus
Christ through the variety of gifts and resources God brings into the Body
of Christ.
Nick Pringle
Director of Middle School Ministries
 Nick has been
a part of the Pine Lake Covenant Church community since January
of 2006. He has a degree in Youth and Family Ministries from Trinity Lutheran
College and has been doing youth ministry for 5 years prior to being hired.
Nick has a heart for Middle School students and connecting them to Jesus, and
has really found his niche here at Pine Lake Covenant. He has a passion for
music, anything crafty and of course Ford Mustangs!
